Turnkey Project Handling

Every project starts with a thorough understanding of your process requirement, site conditions, capacity targets, and operational constraints before a single line is drawn. Our engineering team develops process flow diagrams, equipment layouts, general arrangement drawings, technical specifications, datasheets, and equipment lists as required for the project scope. Where applicable we also develop P&IDs, civil load data, electrical load data, and control philosophy documents coordinated across disciplines. All design deliverables are reviewed and validated for technical feasibility, safety, and compliance with applicable standards before moving to fabrication. 

Approved designs move directly into our in-house fabrication facility, eliminating the handoff delays and specification gaps that occur when design and manufacturing are handled by different organizations. Our facility handles structural fabrication, equipment manufacturing, machining, welding, and assembly with in-house quality control at each stage from raw material inspection through to final assembly and testing. All fabrication is carried out in accordance with applicable IS, ASME, or client-specified standards, with material traceability and inspection records maintained throughout. Surface treatment including painting, galvanizing, or powder coating is applied based on the operating environment and client specification. 

Our site team handles mechanical erection, alignment, grouting, piping connections, and integration with existing plant systems in a structured and safe manner following approved installation procedures. Commissioning begins with a systematic pre-commissioning check covering mechanical completeness, alignment verification, lubrication, and interlock checks before any equipment is energized or run. Performance testing and functional verification are carried out against the design basis, with any punch points identified and closed before formal handover. We provide operating and maintenance documentation and hands-on training for your operations team as part of the commissioning and handover process. 

Our responsibility does not end at handover. We remain available for technical support, troubleshooting, and spare parts supply throughout the operating life of the equipment and systems we install. Preventive maintenance visits, annual maintenance contracts, and upgrade assessments are available for clients who want a long-term support arrangement rather than reactive breakdown support. Our detailed project records mean we can identify parts, review installation history, and provide accurate technical support quickly without starting from scratch each time. Building long-term relationships with the plants and facilities we work with is how we measure our success beyond project completion.
