MACHINES WE HAVE

INTRODUCTION

Our machine shop is equipped for the range of operations required in industrial equipment fabrication, from heavy structural work to precision component machining. Below is our current machine inventory.

Electric Overhead Travelling (EOT) Crane

The primary material handling equipment in our workshop, covering the full floor span for lifting, positioning, and moving heavy components and assemblies throughout the fabrication and assembly process. With safe working load, it enables us to handle large structural sections, heavy equipment shells, and finished assemblies that cannot be moved by manual or fork-based equipment. Essential for fabricating and assembling large industrial equipment to the dimensional accuracy required by engineering drawings. 

Lathe Machines (Light Duty and Medium Duty)

Used for precision turning, facing, boring, and threading of cylindrical components including shafts, rollers, bushings, and flanges required in material handling and process equipment assemblies. Both light and medium duty lathes give us flexibility to handle components ranging from small precision parts to larger diameter and longer shafts as required by equipment design. Skilled operators with appropriate tooling ensure dimensional accuracy and repeatability for both one-off and batch component production. 

Universal Milling Machine

Used for face milling, slotting, keyway cutting, and profile machining on components where flat surfaces, slots, and precise features are required. The adjustable table and multiple tooling options allow us to handle a range of component geometries and materials. Used primarily for machining of equipment housings, bearing seats, and structural connection details requiring precise flat or profiled surfaces. 

Drilling Machines

Radial and pillar drilling machines for precision hole-making, boring, and tapping operations across flanges, plates, structural members, and equipment components. Used extensively in fabrication of flanged connections, equipment nozzles, structural bolted connections, and component assemblies where accurate hole positioning and diameter are critical to fit-up and alignment. 

Grinding Machines

Surface and cylindrical grinding for finishing operations where tight dimensional tolerances and smooth surface finish are required on machined components. Used for final finishing of shafts, bearing seats, and mating surfaces in equipment assemblies where standard machining tolerances are not sufficient for the fit and function requirement. 

Sheet Bending and Rolling Machines

Plate rolling machine for forming cylindrical shells, cones, and curved sections used in equipment bodies, hoppers, silos, and ducting. Sheet bending machine for forming precise angles and profiles in sheet metal components including equipment covers, trays, brackets, and duct sections. Essential for fabricating the rolled and formed components that make up a large proportion of process equipment and material handling system components. 

MIG Welding Machines

Multiple MIG welding stations used for structural fabrication, heavy equipment fabrication, and general mild steel welding work where speed and strength are the primary requirements. Used across all structural and bulk material handling equipment fabrication where weld deposition rate and productivity are important alongside weld quality. 

TIG Welding Machines

TIG welding stations used for stainless steel fabrication, thin-section work, and precision welding applications where weld appearance, quality, and contamination control are critical. Used specifically for process equipment in pharmaceutical, food, and chemical applications where SS surface quality, internal cleanliness, and weld integrity are essential requirements. 

Portable Power Tools and Hand Tools

A complete range of angle grinders, hand drills, impact wrenches, and pneumatic tools for cutting, grinding, finishing, and assembly operations both in the workshop and at site. Standard hand tools including spanners, clamps, vices, measuring instruments, levels, and marking tools for fitting, alignment, and dimensional verification throughout fabrication and assembly. Chain pulley blocks and trolleys for local component movement and positioning within the workshop independent of the EOT crane.
