Facility Area
Our plot covers 1.5 acres with a covered fabrication and machining workshop, open yard for material storage and large assembly work, and dedicated areas for inspection, dispatch, and administrative functions. The facility layout is organized for efficient material flow from raw material receipt through fabrication, assembly, inspection, and dispatch with minimal handling and movement between stages.
Fabrication Workshop
The covered workshop houses our structural fabrication bays, welding stations, equipment assembly area, and machining section under one roof. Layout is designed to accommodate simultaneous work on multiple projects of varying sizes, with clear floor space for large structural assemblies and dedicated areas for precision equipment fabrication. The workshop is equipped with appropriate lighting, ventilation, and material handling infrastructure for safe and efficient production operations.
EOT Crane
A electric overhead travelling crane (EOT) covers the full span of the workshop, enabling safe and efficient handling of heavy structural assemblies, large equipment components, and finished products throughout the fabrication and assembly process. The crane eliminates the limitations of manual handling for heavy components, allows positioning of large assemblies for welding and machining, and supports loading of finished equipment for dispatch. This is a significant operational advantage for fabricating large industrial equipment within the shop.
Machining Section
Our in-house machining section handles turning, milling, drilling, boring, grinding, and related operations for components required in our equipment assemblies. This reduces turnaround time and dependence on external machining vendors for standard components, and allows us to maintain dimensional control on critical machined parts throughout the fabrication process.
Welding Infrastructure
Multiple MIG and TIG welding stations equipped for both structural and precision fabrication work across mild steel and stainless steel. Welding positions and jigs are available for consistent and repeatable weld quality on standard equipment configurations. Welding consumables and procedures are controlled to maintain weld quality standards across all production work.
Quality Control and Inspection
Dimensional inspection, fit-up checks, weld quality verification, and pre-dispatch inspection are carried out at our facility using standard measuring instruments and inspection tools. For projects requiring third-party inspection, NDT, or pressure testing, we work with approved inspection agencies and arrange witness inspection at our facility as required by the client or applicable code.
Vendor Network
Our location in the Chakan-Pune industrial belt gives us access to a well-developed vendor ecosystem for raw materials, bought-out components, surface treatment, heat treatment, and specialist services. Established vendor relationships for drives, bearings, belting, fasteners, instrumentation, and electrical components support our procurement and reduce lead times on standard bought-out items.
Service and Site Execution Team
Beyond our facility, we maintain a site execution team for installation, erection, and commissioning assignments across India. Site teams are equipped with portable tools, rigging equipment, and safety gear, and operate under structured installation procedures and safety protocols consistent with the requirements of industrial plant sites.
