Manish is a Mechanical Engineer with over two decades of experience in process equipment design, manufacturing solutions, operations, and business development. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA. 

With extensive experience in process equipment manufacturing, including machinery procurement, erection, commissioning, and ASME U&R stamp certification, Manish has also held senior business development and sales leadership roles with specialized process equipment organizations. These organizations serve industries such as pharmaceuticals, API, fine chemicals, agrochemicals, and petrochemicals across both India and international markets. 

At Apexind, Manish leads business development, client relationships, and operations. His unique blend of hands-on manufacturing experience and deep knowledge of precision-engineered equipment, combined with a strong commercial track record across the pharmaceutical, chemical, and petrochemical industries, ensures that clients can rely on him as a dependable OEM partner who understands their processes and business needs equally well.

Yatin is a Mechanical Engineer with over two decades of experience in EPC and EPCM project engineering, material handling system design, packaged equipment engineering, and plant engineering. He graduated from Mumbai University and has built his career across leading international engineering and project management firms. His project exposure spans greenfield, brownfield, and turnaround assignments across India and international locations.

Yatin has worked across a wide range of industries including oil & gas, refinery, petrochemicals, chemicals, metals & mining, cement, foundry, refractory, and pharmaceuticals. His technical expertise includes bulk material handling systems and precision-engineered equipment, as well as process equipment packages, structural engineering, and full-cycle EPC project execution from FEED through to commissioning and handover.

At Apexind, Yatin leads engineering design, project execution, and technical delivery of manufacturing solutions. His years of managing projects from both the client and consultant side provide him with a precise understanding of what procurement teams and plant engineers truly need. This insight shapes every product Apexind designs and builds, establishing the company as a reliable OEM partner in the industry.

Mr. Narinder Madan brings nearly five decades of professional experience in project management, marketing, finance, technology promotion, and international business development. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from IIT Delhi, 1975, and has also completed a Management Diploma from Bombay University.

During his career, he has worked with reputed Indian and multinational companies and has been involved in technology promotion, business development, and joint venture initiatives across sectors such as oil & gas, edible oil, industrial mixing, powder metallurgy, refractory, hydraulic systems, ceramic extrusion technology, and sea water deoxygenation systems. He has worked closely with European, Canadian, German, Italian, Norwegian, US, and Asian companies, and has travelled extensively across Europe, Asia, and North America for business and technical assignments.

For the last several years, Mr. Madan has worked independently as an India Business Associate and Advisor for European companies in the field of powder metallurgy and refractory, supporting their marketing, project development, and business expansion activities in India. His global exposure and understanding of industrial technologies bring valuable strategic direction to Apexind Innovative Industry LLP.

Apart from his professional career, he has actively contributed to institutional and social initiatives. He has served as President of the IIT Delhi Alumni Association, member of the PAN-IIT Executive Council, and has been associated with skill development, Rotary, and social organizations.

At Apexind Innovative Industry LLP, Mr. Madan guides marketing, business development, strategic collaborations, and technology upgradation initiatives. His experience helps the company build strong industry relationships, identify growth opportunities, and connect practical engineering solutions with customer requirements.

Ms. Laxmi Anand is associated with Apexind Innovative Industry LLP as Sales and Service Coordinator. She brings strong experience in sales coordination, customer care, administration, documentation, and service support across Indian and overseas customers.

She holds double graduation in Chemistry and Microbiology from Mumbai University, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Analytical Chemistry and a Certificate Course in Computer Applications. Her educational background, combined with her long professional exposure, helps her coordinate effectively between customers, internal teams, vendors, and service-related activities.

Over her career, she has worked in sales coordination, administration, overseas coordination, customer service, quality control, and quality assurance roles with various industrial, chemical, pharmaceutical, and service-oriented organizations. Her experience includes customer communication, documentation, vendor coordination, HR and administrative support, product/process monitoring, and system improvement activities.

At Apexind Innovative Industry LLP, she supports sales coordination, customer communication, service follow-up, documentation, and internal coordination. Her organized working approach and customer-focused attitude help ensure smooth communication between clients and the Apexind team.
